Meditation and Meditating

With regard to meditation it must be considered that it can have many different meanings and applications, such as logical-analysing (analytical meditation), observing-considering-contemplating (contemplative meditation), to a high degree attentive with consciousness-based tightness (concentrative meditation), the self-immersion in something particular (immersion meditation) and the liberation from that which is conscious (liberation meditation) etc. Especially, the liberation meditation is of very great importance because the thoughts and feelings are completely switched off through this, and one is placed in a state, which is recognised as the pure fine-spiritual perception-state of the fine-fluidal form of perception. In this state the coarse-substantial perception is completely switched off, consequently neither one's own body nor feelings nor the environment are perceived, but only fine-substantial fine- spiritual perception. This state results in an absolute freedom from all burdens and a oneness with everything and the whole of the endlessness and timelessness, with the endless duration – the all-great-time, that is to say, the eternity, into which the meditator perceives him- or herself shifted. The actual state of freedom and of fine-spiritual perception cannot be described with words, but can be perceived and understood only according to fine-spiritual perception. This state promotes the meditator's modesty, the venerability for all existence and the comprehensive understanding of this, as well as true all-embracing love, and also the contentment that is all-embracing and based in fine-spiritual perception. To explain this, it must be considered that a fine-spiritual-perception is a transmission from the spiritual Gemüt and has absolutely nothing to do with feelings that come from thoughts out of the consciousness realm. This form of meditation, through which an all-embracing, fine-spiritual-based contentment develops, which is connected also with true all-embracing love, is the only one of this kind through which these high values can be attained, and unfortunately, to well-known meditation practitioners it is not even known at all or fragment-wise only. If some things are striven for meditatively, e.g., simple contentment, which is simply founded in a psychical state, which expresses itself as thoughts and feelings and which does not appear to be based on fine-spiritual perception, then the practice of analytical meditation is enough for it. Thereby, as a rule, it is also logically-analytically considered, how detrimental a lack of contentment is to ones' own thoughts and feelings, as well as to ones' fellow human beings and the whole environment. If it is really analysed then naturally thoughts and feelings also arise, as to how beneficial an effect contentment can and must have in all respects. So, the pros and cons in many forms are to be considered, because only thereby does it become possible to acquire a capacity for consciousness thought-feeling-based-psychical contentment and to increase it gradually. However, that is not sufficient to develop an all-embracing, fine-spiritual perception-based contentment. Also, any other form of meditation except the liberation-meditation, cannot bring about this kind of contentment, thus also not the immersion-meditation, not the contemplative meditation, not the consciousness-based concentration-meditation and also no other. For the so-called simple contentment, only the analytical faculty of thought can be applied, and this not least because this one kind of meditation practice exerts a direct influence on the material everyday life, during the meditation exercise. Thereby are determined all forms of behaviours established in the material realm of existence, so also in regard to interpersonal relationships, the behaviour of the plant and animal world, etc. as well as in respect of deeds and actions.
